innoOperator app for iPhone and iPad

This app replaces the Operator program that innovaphone sells for their PBX systems. It also adds a lot of extra features!

With this app, youll have:

A better overview on your phone traffic
Satisfied callers because youre able to help them better and faster
A much more effective phone operator

By replacing the innovaPhone Operator software by innoOperator, your operator has the best possible overview, because the app is always on-screen. The intuitive touch interface adds even more to that.

This app will give you:

A list of all callers in all queues
Extra information on the caller: name (from an ldap database), time of last call, and the last extension you transfered this caller to.
Busy Light Fields: fully configurable whos on the list and whos not
History: calls received and/or calls answered
LDAP phonebook: call by name
Call parking: put them on hold to answer another important call
Booleans: set the most important booleans with a tip of your finger

This app requires an innovaPhone PBX in your local network, version 10sr3 or higher to support all features. And you need access to the configuration of the PBX, or a willing supplier to make some changes. Ask your local innovaphone retailer for help.

To use this app, you need to create a PBX profile on the provisioning website. The app uses the WiFi network to access your PBX. You need to enter passwords from your PBX into the provisioning profile.
